Microsoft Surface 6067-1830-020

It seems that the future is not that futuristic anymore…
For any of you who have seen “Minority Report”‘, I’m sure you remember the computer that he manipulates with his hands (If not, here it is again).
Well, It seems that Microsoft has created something (fairly) similar, called “Microsoft Surface“.
It comes out at the end of the year in selected commercial (Most likely only in the US) locations, and costs around $5000-$10,000USD.
I personally think it looks damn cool, and I really hope we get some sort of look at it in the near future.

School was okay today, Science was fun, but everything else was pretty standard. We finished watching “Platoon” in History, and that was a really good movie.. (Even though I’ve seen it like 20 times).

so its pretty much a giant touch screen with multitap. a big version of the iPhone screen. i wouldnt be surprised if thats where they got the idea from microsoft rip everything off i love how on their sit it says
“A new way that isn’t new at all”
Bit pricey as well but i would be cool to have on on ur desk

So??? The idea’s been around for ages, the US DOD has massive wall ones to control troop movement…
Does that mean that if someone invents a robot like the one off “I, Robot”, they *copied* the idea??? (Yes, but it doesn’t matter, because they made it work:p)

MSR has been developing it for ages. before the iPhone. And the i phone can support two touch points. the Microsoft Surface can support 54!
